  Every time I ask for a Bento box, they give me a different reason why they can't make it. Sick of their excuses. Take it off the menu if you can't make it.

  Very bad service. Ordered two small satay chicken boxes last week over the phone and the lady working repeated back okay was that a regular or large? I said okay the smaller one (regular). Thinking that there were only two sizes.. I got there and instead of expecting to pay $19.95 total was charged $27.95 i questioned it saying id asked for small and she said rudely no you said regular that is middle size you didnt say small. I said actually i initally said small then you said regular after that. She got annoyed and said id have to wait while she fixed it and re cooked them (even though they were larger) i just said not to worry about it as i didnt have time and she didnt apologize and shoved the boxes back in my hand. A simply apology would've been fine considering i paid the extra.
